NAFFCO (National Fire Fighting Manufacturing) is a fire safety company with its headquarters in Dubai. It makes fire fighting equipment, fire trucks, fire doors and safety systems. For NAFFCO careers, the official place to apply is the jobs portal linked from naffco.com: naffco.teamtailor.com. Applying is free. Nobody should ask you for money to get a NAFFCO job.
What does NAFFCO do?
NAFFCO’s own website says the company is headquartered in Dubai and works in over 100 countries. It produces and supplies:
- Fire extinguishers, hoses, hydrants, cabinets and valves
- Fire pumps and controllers
- Fire doors, blast doors and security doors
- Fire trucks, ambulances and special vehicles
- Fire alarm, smoke management and security (ELV) systems
- Training, operations and maintenance services
Its factory list shows several sites in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, plus factories and offices in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Egypt and India. So if you see “NAFFCO Dubai”, the job is usually in Dubai, but always check the location written on the job post.
Where do I apply for NAFFCO careers?
Go to the official NAFFCO homepage, naffco.com, and click Careers. It opens NAFFCO’s jobs portal on Teamtailor. Here is how to use it:
- Open the full job list.
- Check the location on each job. NAFFCO posts jobs for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Oman, India, Egypt, Nigeria and other places.
- Open the job and read the requirements. Apply only if you match most of them.
- Upload a clean CV in PDF. Put your phone number, email, visa status and years of UAE experience at the top.
- If nothing fits now, the portal has a “Connect” option where you can log in and stay in touch with the company.
When we checked in October 2026, the portal showed more than 100 open jobs. That number changes every week.
What jobs does NAFFCO usually hire for?
Based on the jobs on its own portal, NAFFCO often hires for:
- Engineering: design engineers, estimation engineers, BIM modelers, planning engineers for fire doors
- Trucks and vehicles: QC engineers, hydraulic engineers, chassis assembly, purchase officers
- Office roles: accountants, insurance officers, HR, IT, branding and sales
- Maintenance: material coordinators and fire protection maintenance staff
Because NAFFCO runs factories and a maintenance business, technical and site jobs (technicians, safety staff, factory workers) can also appear. Vacancies change all the time, so check the portal often instead of trusting old lists on social media.
Does NAFFCO hold walk-in interviews in Dubai?
Many people search for “NAFFCO walk in interview Dubai”. We could not find a walk-in announcement on NAFFCO’s own website or jobs portal. Posts about NAFFCO walk-ins do appear on social media and job blogs, but we could not confirm them from an official NAFFCO source.
What this means for you:
- Treat any walk-in notice with care. Check that the same job is also on the official NAFFCO portal.
- A real interview never needs a fee, a “registration charge” or a payment for a medical test before an offer.
- For current walk-in interviews from many companies, see our walk-in interview jobs page, and use our walk-in interview checklist before you go.
What is the salary at NAFFCO?
NAFFCO does not publish fixed salaries on its website or jobs portal. Pay depends on the role, your experience, your qualifications and the country of the job. A design engineer and a factory helper will have very different packages.
Numbers you see on blogs or videos are not official. The only number that counts is the one in your offer letter and your MOHRE contract. Before you sign, check basic salary, allowances, working hours and contract type. Our guide on how to read a UAE job offer letter shows what to look for.
How can I avoid fake NAFFCO job offers?
Big company names are often used by scammers. A fake “NAFFCO” offer might come on WhatsApp, Telegram or from a Gmail address, and then ask for money for a visa, ticket or “processing”. Stay safe:
- Never pay anyone for a job, interview or visa.
- Apply only through the Careers link on naffco.com.
- Check the sender’s email. A free email address (like Gmail or Yahoo) is a warning sign.
- If you are in doubt, call NAFFCO on the number shown on its website (800-623326) and ask.
