The best way to reach us is by email. We have two addresses, so your message reaches the right place faster:
- support@urgentjobsdubai.com – report a wrong or expired job, a suspected scam, or a privacy request.
- query@urgentjobsdubai.com – general questions, employers, advertising and business enquiries.
We read every message, but we are a small team, so a reply can take a few working days.
Please don’t send your CV or documents. We are not a recruitment agency and we cannot forward applications to companies. To apply for a job, use the official Apply button or contact given in the job post.
Report a wrong or expired job
It helps a lot if you include:
- the link to our post;
- what is wrong (closed, wrong date, wrong venue, broken link, etc.);
- a link or screenshot from the company that shows the correct details, if you have one.
Send these to support@urgentjobsdubai.com. We check reports against the company’s own information and fix the post. See Corrections & Verification.
Report a scam
If someone used a job from our site to ask you for money, or a “recruiter” contacted you claiming to be from us, please tell us right away at support@urgentjobsdubai.com with the details. You can also report it to MOHRE and to the police through the official UAE channels. Remember: we never call or message job seekers asking for payment.
Employers
If you are an employer and something in a post about your company is incorrect, or you would like a post updated or removed, email us from your company email address and we will look at it quickly.
Privacy and copyright requests
For privacy requests (for example, removing a comment you posted), email support@urgentjobsdubai.com with the subject line Privacy Request and write from the same email address you used on the site. For copyright or trademark concerns, tell us the page link, what the material is and how you are connected to it.
Advertising and business
For advertising or partnership questions, use the same email address. We do not sell “guaranteed job” placements and we do not publish paid job ads that ask candidates for money.
