Companies change their adverts, move walk-in venues and close vacancies early, often without notice. We try hard to keep posts correct, and we rely on readers to tell us when something has changed.
How we verify a job
- We find the original source from the company itself (career page, official social account or the company’s own advert).
- We check that the apply link, email domain or phone number belongs to that company.
- We compare the role, location, requirements and dates with the source.
- We note the source and the date we checked it on the post.
Even after this, always confirm the details on the company’s own page before you travel to an interview or send documents. If our post and the company’s page don’t match, the company’s page is correct.
Report a mistake
Email support@urgentjobsdubai.com with the link to our post, what needs fixing, and a link or screenshot from the company if you have one. Please don’t send your CV, passport, Emirates ID or bank details.
What we do with your report
We check it against the company’s own information. Depending on what we find, we will:
- correct the details or the apply link;
- add a short note explaining the change;
- mark the job as expired; or
- remove the post if it turns out to be unsafe or no longer useful.
Important corrections (company, role, location, dates, apply method) update the post’s “last updated” date. Small fixes like spelling are made without a separate note.
Expired jobs
When the walk-in date or closing date has passed, the post shows an expired label and is no longer marked as an open job for search engines. We may keep it online for reference, but it will be clear that applications are closed.
Suspected scams
If a post looks suspicious, we take it down while we check. If you were asked for money after seeing one of our posts, tell us and report it to MOHRE. No genuine employer in the UAE should charge you for a job.
Employers
If you represent a company we have written about, email us from your company address and we will correct or remove the post as needed.
