Aramex is a logistics and courier company headquartered in Dubai. It delivers parcels, moves freight and runs warehouses for businesses and shoppers. For Aramex careers, go to aramex.com/ae/en/connect/careers and click View opportunities, which opens the official job search at careers.aramex.com. Applying is free.
About Aramex
Aramex’s own website says the company was founded in 1982 and is listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) since 2005, under the name Aramex PJSC. Its job adverts describe it as a global provider of transport and delivery services, headquartered in Dubai. The careers page talks about around 16,000 staff in many countries.
The company groups its work into four main businesses:
- International Express (including Shop & Ship and MyUS)
- Domestic Express (local courier delivery)
- Freight Forwarding (air, sea and land cargo)
- Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions (warehousing)
In 2025, Q Logistics Holding made an offer to buy Aramex shares. Aramex’s investor page says the offer became unconditional on 22 July 2025. For a job seeker, this does not change how you apply.
Where do I apply for Aramex careers?
Use only the official route. Here are the steps:
- Open the Aramex UAE careers page on aramex.com.
- Click View opportunities. This takes you to careers.aramex.com, the company’s job search site.
- Choose the GCC region, or type “Dubai” or “United Arab Emirates” in the location box.
- Open a job, read the location and requirements carefully, and apply online with your CV.
Many jobs on careers.aramex.com are in other countries, such as Egypt or Saudi Arabia. Check the job location before you apply, so you do not apply for a Cairo job by mistake.
The Aramex careers page does not give an email address for sending CVs. The company’s official LinkedIn page (linked from aramex.com) is linkedin.com/company/aramex. Be careful with any “Aramex HR” email that is not on the aramex.com domain.
What jobs does Aramex hire for in Dubai?
Vacancies change all the time. But based on the categories on careers.aramex.com and the kind of work Aramex does, it often hires for:
| Area (from Aramex’s job site) | Examples of roles |
|---|---|
| Logistics, Supply Chain and Operations | Couriers, courier team leaders, warehouse staff, station and operations staff |
| Freight | Freight operations, customs documentation, freight sales |
| E-commerce and Commercial | Sales, customer service, account staff |
| Office functions | Finance, HR, Digital and IT, Marketing, Legal and Compliance |
The careers page also shows a staff story from a “Ground Courier”, so courier jobs are part of Aramex’s own workforce. Some operations and team leader adverts we saw (for Egypt) asked for a degree, good English and Excel skills. Each advert lists its own needs, so read it fully.
You can browse other UAE jobs by type on our job categories page.
Does Aramex hold walk-in interviews?
We could not find any walk-in interview notice on aramex.com or careers.aramex.com when we checked in October 2026. Aramex’s official pages point people to apply online.
You may see “Aramex walk-in” posts on WhatsApp or random websites. If you cannot find the same job on careers.aramex.com, treat it with caution. For walk-ins from other UAE companies, check our walk-in interview jobs page.
What salary does Aramex pay?
Aramex does not publish salaries on its careers pages. Pay depends on the job, the emirate, your driving licence, your experience and the contract. A courier, a warehouse assistant and a freight coordinator will all get different offers.
Ignore salary numbers in forwarded messages. Wait for the offer letter and the MOHRE contract, then check the basic salary, allowances, working hours and any vehicle or fuel terms. Our guide on how to read a UAE job offer letter shows what to look for.
How can I avoid fake Aramex job offers?
Courier and driver jobs are popular, so scammers often use big delivery brands. Aramex’s fraud prevention page warns about fake websites with lookalike names and says the official website is www.aramex.com. It also says Aramex will not ask for personal or payment details by mail or email.
Before you trust an “Aramex” job offer, check:
- Is the job listed on careers.aramex.com?
- Is anyone asking you to pay for a visa, medical, training or “processing”? A real employer does not ask for this.
- Does the email come from Gmail, Yahoo or a lookalike domain instead of aramex.com?
- Is the offer coming only through WhatsApp, with no interview?
If something feels wrong, stop. Read our guide on how to spot fake job offers in the UAE, and you can report it to Aramex at GlobalCareCenter@aramex.com.
