Air Arabia is a low-cost airline group based at Sharjah International Airport in the UAE. For Air Arabia careers, the “Careers” link on airarabia.com opens careers.airarabia.com, which now takes you to the group’s job site, airarabiagroupcareers.com. Applying is free. Air Arabia says it has never charged application or processing fees.

What kind of company is Air Arabia?

Air Arabia’s media centre says the company was set up in October 2003 as the region’s first low-cost carrier. Today it is a holding company with a group of airlines and travel businesses, listed on the Dubai Financial Market.

  • Head office: Building A1, Sharjah International Airport (from its company information page).
  • UAE hubs: Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi. Other hubs are in Casablanca (Morocco), Alexandria (Egypt) and Karachi (Pakistan).
  • Fleet: Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft only.

So most UAE jobs are in Sharjah, with some in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. The careers site says the group also hires in Egypt, Morocco, Pakistan and, from 2026, Saudi Arabia.

Where do I apply for Air Arabia careers?

Use only the official job site: airarabiagroupcareers.com/gb/en. You reach it from the Careers link in the footer of airarabia.com. Air Arabia’s official LinkedIn page is linkedin.com/company/air-arabia, also linked from its website.

  1. Open the site and pick a job area, or use the search.
  2. Open a job and read the location carefully. Many ads are for Morocco, Pakistan or Saudi Arabia, not the UAE.
  3. Apply online with your CV.
  4. If nothing fits, press “Join Talent Community” to get updates on new jobs.

Vacancies change often, so check the site every week.

What jobs does Air Arabia usually hire for?

The careers site groups jobs into these areas:

  • Cabin Crew & Cabin Services
  • Pilots
  • Customer Services
  • Engineering & Maintenance
  • Flight Operations
  • Corporate & Commercial
  • IT & Digital Solutions
  • Nationalisation (jobs for UAE nationals)

The same site also hires for group brands such as FlyJinnah, Cozmotravel, Air Arabia Academy, ISA, coreOps and Nexasoft. Vacancies change all the time, so treat this as a guide only.

Does Air Arabia hold walk-in interviews or open days?

Air Arabia does not run general walk-ins like a supermarket or a cleaning company. For cabin crew it runs “recruitment drives”, “CV drops” and assessment days in different cities. Gulf News reported drives in Sharjah, Tashkent, Prague, Dammam, Riyadh and Colombo in November 2025, and in Dammam and Jeddah in July 2026. The reports said venue details are shared only a few days before the event.

Air Arabia’s own assessment day page is clear: “To attend an assessment day, you must have either attended a CV drop or applied online and have received an invitation.” If you are not invited, you will not be allowed to stay.

We did not find any official Air Arabia cabin crew open day in India in our October 2026 check. Do not trust a poster for a Kochi or Mumbai “Air Arabia walk-in” unless the same event is on the official careers site. For other real walk-ins, see our walk-in interview jobs page and our walk-in interview checklist.

What do cabin crew adverts ask for?

We could not open a current UAE cabin crew advert, so check the exact rules in each job ad. Two Gulf News reports on Air Arabia’s cabin crew ads (November 2025 and July 2026) listed:

  • Height of at least 160 cm for women and 170 cm for men
  • Diploma or higher secondary qualification; fresh graduates welcome
  • Strong English (Arabic preferred for the Sharjah hub)
  • Upper age of 29 without experience, 33 with experience
  • Able to swim, physically fit, clear skin

How much does Air Arabia pay?

Air Arabia does not publish fixed salaries for cabin crew or other UAE jobs on its careers site. Pay depends on the job, the base and your experience. Gulf News mentioned medical cover, allowances and staff travel benefits for cabin crew, but no salary figures. Ignore salary numbers on social media. Wait for the written offer and the MOHRE contract, and check it with our guide on how to read a UAE job offer letter.

How do I avoid fake Air Arabia job offers?

Air Arabia’s careers site has a fraud alert. It warns about fake offers sent by email, letter, SMS or WhatsApp. In its own words, the group “has never charged application or processing fees at any stage of the recruitment process” and “will never refer candidates to third parties to process applications, documents, or visas.”

  • Real emails come only from an address ending in @airarabia.com.
  • Air Arabia says it does not ask for your bank account details.
  • If you are not sure, do not share personal or money details. Contact local authorities and the nearest Air Arabia office.
