About Transguard Group
Transguard’s website says the company was set up in 2001 and calls itself a business support and outsourcing provider. Its head office is in Dubai, and it also lists sites in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah.
In simple words: other companies hire Transguard, and Transguard supplies the people. So you may work at a mall, a hotel, an office tower or a warehouse, but your employer is Transguard. That matters for your contract, so read it carefully.
Which Transguard jobs can I apply for?
Each business line on Transguard’s website needs different workers. Here is how they match up:

Transguard also runs other brands listed on its site, such as Transguard Living (home services) and Transguard Delivery. Driver jobs (bus, truck, limousine) also appear in its walk-in notices. Vacancies change all the time, so treat this table as a guide, not a list of open jobs.
How do I apply online?
- Go to transguardgroup.com and click Careers.
- The page moves you to Transguard’s job portal. The address will look long and strange (it is hosted on Oracle Cloud), but this is where the official Careers link goes. Starting from transguardgroup.com is the safest way to reach it.
- Search by job title, read the location and requirements, and apply with your CV.
- For security jobs in Dubai, Transguard’s notices ask for guards with a SIRA licence. If you have one, mention it at the top of your CV.
Transguard’s contact page does not give a separate recruitment email. Its main numbers are +971 4 703 0500 and toll free 800 1800.
Does Transguard hold walk-in interviews?
Yes. This is one company that announces walk-ins on its own site. Its Interview with Us page lists open days and walk-in interviews. When we checked in October 2026, it showed:
- Open interviews at a Transguard accommodation in Jebel Ali, Monday to Thursday, 8am to 1pm, for roles such as general assistants, housekeepers, room attendants, heavy truck and bus drivers, forklift drivers, cooks, kitchen stewards, security guards and CCTV operators.
- Notices for drivers and technicians in Al Quoz and at Emirates HQ, with dates that may already have passed.
Many of these notices show a day and month but no year, so some may be old. The page says to bring your CV. Before you travel, call Transguard on its official number to check the walk-in is still running.

What salary does Transguard pay?
Transguard does not publish salaries on its website or walk-in pages. Pay depends on the job, your licence or skills, your experience and the client site. A SIRA-licensed guard, a cleaner and an AC technician will all get different offers.

Is this Transguard job offer real?
Transguard hires a lot of people for entry-level jobs, so fake “Transguard recruitment” pages and WhatsApp groups are common. Scams like these usually end with a request for money for a visa, medical or “processing”. Ask yourself:
- Did I find this job through transguardgroup.com?
- Is anyone asking me to pay? A real employer does not.
- Did the message come from a free email address or an unknown WhatsApp number?
- Does the walk-in notice also appear on Transguard’s Interview with Us page?
