NAFFCO Social Media Sales Executive Jobs in Dubai

NAFFCO is hiring a Social Media Sales Executive in Dubai to promote and sell cosmetics and skincare products through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and other digital channels.

You’ll reply to customer messages, explain product features and offers, follow up with potential buyers, and turn online enquiries into sales. The work also includes sharing basic product content and keeping records of leads and sales.

Experience with cosmetics, skincare, lifestyle products, retail or e-commerce in the UAE is useful. Put your social media sales results and knowledge of these platforms near the top of your CV.

What you will do

• Promote cosmetics and skincare products on social media platforms
• Reply to customer comments, enquiries and direct messages
• Convert online leads into sales through chats, WhatsApp and calls
• Explain product features, prices, promotions and offers
• Create basic posts, stories, photos and videos
• Record leads, follow-ups and sales while monitoring customer feedback

• Degree or diploma in marketing, business, sales, communications or a related field is preferred
• Experience in social media sales, online sales, e-commerce, retail sales or digital selling
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation and customer service skills
• Ability to convert online enquiries into sales and meet sales targets
• Basic content creation and product presentation skills
• UAE experience in cosmetics, skincare, lifestyle products, retail or e-commerce is an advantage
