Hayatna is a UAE dairy and juice brand made by National Dairy L.L.C. in Al Ain. Hayatna’s own website says National Dairy is owned by Emirates Food Industries (EFI), based in Al Ain. For Hayatna careers, we could not find a public careers page on hayatna.ae, so the official routes are the company’s LinkedIn page and its contact email. Applying is always free.
Who owns Hayatna?
Here are the facts we could confirm from Hayatna’s website and UAE business news:
- Company: National Dairy L.L.C., Al Ain, UAE.
- Owner: Emirates Food Industries (EFI). Hayatna’s About page describes EFI as “a National Holding company based in Al Ain”.
- Farms: EFI owns National Dairy Farms and Masaken Dairy Farms in Al Ain, according to the launch report in Zawya.
- Factory: the National Dairy factory in Al Ain.
- Products: fresh and long-life milk, laban, yoghurt, Greek yoghurt, juices, cream and cheese.
Gulf News reported the brand launch in May 2022, with the aim of cutting the UAE’s dependence on imported milk. So Hayatna is not a Dubai company. Most jobs will be linked to Al Ain (farms and factory), with sales and distribution work across the UAE.
Where do I apply for Hayatna careers?
When we checked in October 2026, hayatna.ae had no Careers or Jobs page. These are the official routes we found:
- LinkedIn: Hayatna’s website links to its official LinkedIn page, linkedin.com/company/hayatna-fresh. Follow it and check the “Jobs” tab. Companies often post openings there first.
- Email: the contact page lists info@hayatna.ae. This is a general email, not a jobs email. If you write, keep it short: the job you want, your experience, your visa status, and your CV in PDF.
- Phone: the contact page lists 800 Hayatna (4292862). You can call to ask if they are hiring and where to send a CV.
Full contact details are on the Hayatna contact page.
What jobs does Hayatna usually hire for?
We could not find a list of past vacancies on Hayatna’s own channels. Based on the type of business (dairy farms, a factory and UAE-wide sales), a company like this often hires for:
- Farm work: farm workers, milking staff, animal care and veterinary support
- Factory work: production operators, machine operators, packing staff, quality control and lab staff
- Sales and delivery: salesmen, merchandisers, van sales drivers, delivery helpers
- Warehouse: storekeepers, cold store staff, forklift operators
- Office: accounts, HR, purchasing and admin
This is a general guide only. Vacancies change, and Hayatna may not have openings in every area at any time.
Does Hayatna hold walk-in interviews?
We did not find any walk-in interview announced on Hayatna’s website. If you see a “Hayatna walk-in” post on social media, check that it also appears on the official LinkedIn page before you travel to Al Ain.
For current walk-ins from many UAE companies, see our walk-in interview jobs page.
What is the Hayatna dairy salary per month?
Many people search for this, but Hayatna does not publish salaries on its website. Pay depends on the job, your experience, and whether food and housing are included. A farm worker, a van salesman and a QC officer will get very different packages.
Ignore salary numbers on random blogs or WhatsApp groups. They are not official. The salary that counts is the one in your offer letter and your MOHRE contract. Check the basic salary, allowances, hours and accommodation before you sign. Our guide on how to read a UAE job offer letter explains each part.
How can I avoid fake Hayatna job offers?
Food and dairy brands are popular with job seekers, so scammers use their names too. Be careful if:
- Someone asks you to pay for a visa, medical test, ticket or “file charge”. Never pay.
- The offer comes from a Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook address instead of an @hayatna.ae address.
- You get an offer with no interview at all.
- The “recruiter” only talks on WhatsApp and will not give a company landline.
If in doubt, call Hayatna on the number on its official contact page and ask. Read our guide on how to spot fake job offers in the UAE, and report a scam to us if you see one.
