Amazon UAE Careers: Warehouse, Delivery & Office Jobs Explained

Amazon hires for its UAE offices, fulfilment centres, delivery stations and AWS data centres through one official website: amazon.jobs, filtered to the United Arab Emirates. That is the only place to find real Amazon UAE careers. Applying is free, and Amazon says it does not charge a fee at any stage of hiring.

What does Amazon do in the UAE?

Looking at the UAE jobs on amazon.jobs, Amazon runs several kinds of work here, mainly in Dubai and Abu Dhabi:

  • Fulfilment and operations: fulfilment centres (FC), sort centres and delivery stations that store, pack and move orders.
  • Amazon Now: a quick delivery service with small “dark stores” and hubs.
  • Retail and marketplace: buying, brand, marketing and seller teams for the Gulf.
  • AWS: cloud sales, solutions architects and data centre engineers.
  • Customer service and other corporate teams such as finance and legal.

How do I search Amazon jobs in the UAE?

  1. Go to amazon.jobs. Check the address bar. It must be amazon.jobs, not a lookalike.
  2. Type a keyword or leave it empty, then set the country filter to United Arab Emirates.
  3. Open each job and read “Basic qualifications”. Many UAE jobs ask for a degree or several years of experience.
  4. Look for “UAE National” in the job title. Those jobs are only for Emirati citizens, so skip them if you are an expat.
  5. Create an account and apply online. You can check your application status on the same site.

When we checked in October 2026, the UAE filter showed 67 jobs. The number moves up and down every week.

Warehouse, delivery or office: which Amazon UAE jobs are open?

This is where many job seekers get disappointed, so here is an honest picture of what amazon.jobs showed for the UAE in October 2026.

Fulfilment centre and warehouse jobs

We saw supervisor, specialist and manager jobs, for example ICQA supervisor, sort centre supervisor, facilities supervisor, quality specialist and graduate area manager. There were also 2027 internships for students. We did not see entry-level warehouse associate (picker or packer) jobs on amazon.jobs for the UAE at that time. If someone offers you an “Amazon warehouse job” that you cannot find on amazon.jobs, ask who your real employer will be and check the contract.

Delivery jobs

Amazon’s own job adverts mention its Delivery Service Partner (DSP) business in Dubai, and one role covers “UAE DSP recruitment and vetting of Delivery Service Partners”. That shows Amazon works with partner companies for delivery. However, we could not find an Amazon page that says who employs delivery drivers in the UAE or how they are hired. So the delivery-related jobs we saw on amazon.jobs were office and team-lead roles, such as linehaul manager or delivery partner manager, not driving jobs.

Corporate and AWS jobs

Most UAE listings were here: program managers, marketing, finance analysts, legal counsel, brand specialists, solutions architects, cloud sales and data centre engineers. These usually need strong English, a degree and solid experience.

Vacancies change all the time, so check the filter again instead of trusting old screenshots.

Does Amazon UAE hold walk-in interviews?

We found no walk-in interview announcement for the UAE on amazon.jobs. Amazon jobs in the UAE are listed as online applications. If you see an “Amazon walk-in” poster on social media, look for the same job on amazon.jobs first. If it is not there, be careful.

For walk-ins from other UAE companies, see our walk-in interview jobs page.

What is the salary at Amazon UAE?

Amazon does not show salaries on its UAE job adverts that we checked. Pay depends on the job level, your experience and the team. An intern, a supervisor and a solutions architect are paid very differently.

The figure that counts is the one in your written offer and your MOHRE contract. Before you sign, check the basic salary, allowances, hours and notice period. Our guide on how to read a UAE job offer letter walks you through it.

How do I spot a fake Amazon job message?

Fake Amazon job texts, WhatsApp messages and “Amazon recruitment” websites are very common around the world. Amazon’s own fraud alert gives clear rules:

  • Amazon says it does not charge a fee at any stage of recruitment. Do not pay or transfer money for a job.
  • Amazon says that if a recruiter’s email does not end with @amazon.com, it is most likely not real.
  • Amazon says offer letters are downloaded only from joining.docs.amazon.com.

Also be careful with “part-time online tasks” that promise easy money for liking products or reviews. Read our guide on how to spot fake job offers in the UAE for more signs.
