Lalamove is hiring a Driver Operations Associate in Dubai for its UAE operations. The position supports the company’s driver network across motorbikes, cars, vans, SUVs and trucks.
You’ll work with local teams and driver partners, using market information, daily reporting and operational projects to support delivery operations in the UAE.
What the Dubai operations work involves
- Coordinate communication between the local team, the UAE Driver Operations Manager and other departments.
- Study UAE supply market conditions, driver groups, regulations and regional challenges.
- Apply local frameworks and operating standards to resolve day-to-day bottlenecks.
- Support driver acquisition, onboarding, training, community building, retention and vehicle growth.
- Use local data to plan, deliver and review driver operations initiatives.
- Record useful market findings and help share them across the local supply operation.
Who can apply for Lalamove’s UAE role
This office-based role suits someone with 1–3 years of call centre operations experience, preferably in a delivery platform. You should be comfortable working with mixed fleet operations, including 2W and 4W vehicles, and serving as a main contact for driver partners.
Lalamove also asks for English communication skills, Excel and analytics exposure, knowledge of mobile and web technologies, and accurate daily reporting. A valid UAE driving licence is preferred, and some field engagement may be required.
