NAFFCO is hiring an Insurance Claims Officer for its Dubai operation. The position covers marine, property and liability claims from the first notification through assessment, settlement and closure.
You will work with policy documents, claim evidence and several parties involved in each case, while keeping the process compliant and properly recorded.
Claims work covered by the position
- Receive, register and acknowledge marine, property and liability claims.
- Review policies, endorsements, limits, exclusions and deductibles.
- Gather and check statements, photographs, reports, invoices, estimates and other claim documents.
- Assess claim validity, value and liability within policy terms and authority limits.
- Coordinate with insured parties, brokers, insurers, surveyors, loss adjusters, investigators, repairers and legal representatives.
- Prepare evaluations, reserves, settlement papers, payment requests, reports and closure recommendations.
