A normal Cabin Crew shift with Etihad starts before take-off and continues until the aircraft reaches its destination. You’ll welcome guests, work with a multicultural team and help keep each flight safe and comfortable.

What your flying day may include
You’ll represent Etihad on international flights, welcome guests from different countries and provide a high standard of service. Safety is a key part of the work, and every flight can bring a different team, route and group of passengers.
The skills and standards Etihad values
- Meet the minimum age of 21 and height of 163cm.
- Hold a Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
- Use written and spoken English fluently.
- Communicate with guests in a helpful and professional way.
- Work comfortably with people from different cultures.
- Follow the uniform rules, including no visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform.
