Distribution centre work in Dubai can involve several warehouse activities in one shift, from receiving goods to picking, replenishment and dispatch. Talabat’s tMart operation needs an Assistant Distribution Center to help manage these daily processes.
You’ll work with material handling equipment, stock locations and inventory checks while following safety procedures and using PPE.
What the tMart warehouse work covers
The job includes operating equipment such as VNA, reach truck, order picker, forklift and pallet loader. You’ll load and unload pallets, put stock away, build pallets from pick lists and help keep the warehouse organised. Correct SKU, quantity and batch handling are important, along with reporting equipment defects, damages and stock differences.
Skills that matter most on the warehouse floor
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Check equipment before use and report defects straight away.
- Follow warehouse layouts, racking systems, safety rules and SOPs.
- Pick, replenish and dispatch stock accurately using system instructions.
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Communicate in good English and work confidently with different tools.
