AC Technician: The applicant must have worked with VRF units, Split AC units, Ductable Split Ac units and Package unit.
MEP Technician: ITI/ NCVT with 6 to 8 years similar UAE experience in maintenance of VAV systems, chilled water system,,FCUs pressure control panels etc also knowledge of Trouble shooting will be expected and CAFM Systems awareness.
Electrician: ITI/NCVT qualified with a minimum of 6-8 years UAE experience in maintaining DBs, SMDBs, MDBS, Cp. Bank and other related Electric system along with the basic knowledge about low current systems.
BMS Operator: An individual well experienced in the operations of BMS with knowledge and experience on how to operate systems such as HVAC, lighting security system Building automation.
Plumber: Must be ITI qualified and should have 8-10 years of UAE experience in installation, repairing portable water supply systems,storm drainage system; including piping joints/ connections to Bell ends bushings fittings… etc.,installing traps valves toilets tanks fixtures…water heaters faucets & pouring bed set on existing plates. Familiarity with firefighting systems would be a plus.
Multiskilled Technician: 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and must have previous UAE/GCC exp. Technical Qualification or Diploma is required from ITI-NCVT UAE Driving License (Preferred)
Civil Technician: (civil work, carpentry, painting)
MEP Engineer: (Appropriate degree/qualification and knowledge) – With a minimum 5 years experience in FM operation, with to include proven track record on Mechanical / Electrical services as Head or Manager level position within the UAE.
